3. My Weekly Amplification Machine™: Now that I’m clear on My Core Message and have My Production Rhythm in place, I’ll enjoy so much peace of mind that I’m producing a quality show. Now crafting a Weekly Amplification Machine will ensure that I build a workflow that will get you more Zen than a Buddhist Zen garden. 🧘‍♂️

You will get on a 30 minute Private Call with Harry to map your Podcast Ladder™ and get crystal clear about your show’s message and promise and the vehicle that will carry you to success. Dial in your ideal listeners and design calls to action that are easy and fun to deliver.

In Phase Two we work on building an Aligned Show, which is a podcast that becomes a world-class platform that shares your voice with the world. An Aligned Show is simply a podcast with a consistent cadence that doesn’t stress you out and keeps you consistently producing and marketing your show.

Once your Aligned Show is consistently creating episodes in Phase Three we’ll work to ascend your listeners to engage with your One Core Offer. A Core Offer is simply an offer you deliver to your listeners that doesn’t require you swapping your time for money and can be delivered online from anywhere.

You have general Office Hours with Harry every Tuesday at 1pm CST and Thursday at 1pm CST for members that have successfully launched their show. Additionally you will get support as well as the help of others in the The Stage. (See many more benefits below.)

You understand you are getting direct help in structuring your show, retaining listeners, building an email list, podcast triage (when things don’t go as planned) and other aspects of running your authority-building podcast.
